Return Policy: Gold Light Jewelry accepts returns within 7 days from delivery. Returns are only accepted if the item is in original packaging, not used, and at the discretion of Gold Light Jewelry upon reciept of return and communicated via email to the customer.
Exchange Policy: Gold Light Jewelry does not accept exchanges, solely returns.
Damaged items: Gold Light Jewelry values the quality and care of all of our items. We implement proper industry shipping practices.
In the event the item is found damaged at delivery, the incident must be reported within 24 hours from the delivery date. Please contact us through our Contact Form or email.
All pieces require image proof of damage and receipt. If the item is not reported within 24 hours all sales will remain final.

Lost or Stolen Items: Gold Light Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery. Gold Light Jewelry implements certified delivery requiring signature for all sales above $250.
In the event of returns, please insure and certify returns. Gold Light Jewelry is not responsible for lost packages returned by the client.
Custom Pieces: Custom Pieces are not eligible for return or exchanges. Custom pieces adhere to our policies as described above.
