Our pieces are delivered by USPS certified mail. A signature to receive the package is required.

All of our pieces are 14k pure and solid gold. Our pieces are are crafted with either a base yellow, white, or rose gold. Each of our pieces are unique and may include accents of cubic zirconia, faux pearl, and similar material.

Damaged items: Gold Light Jewelry values the quality and care of all of our items. We implement proper industry shipping practices.

In the event the item is found damaged at delivery, the incident must be reported within 2 days from the delivery date. Please contact us through our Contact Form or email.

All pieces require image proof of damage and receipt. If the item is not reported within 2 days all sales will remain final.

Lost or Stolen Items: Gold Light Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery. Gold Light Jewelry implements certified delivery requiring signature for all sales above $250.
